I started with “Think Like an Artist “ by Will Gompertz and explored even more.. it is an incredible read, full of true stories that will help anyone stuck creatively, feeling unsure or disheartened about their creative work, art and dreams! In this video I explore the book and some things it inspired me to seek out too!

The book shows us how some of history's greatest artists, writers, filmmakers, musicians from Warhol to JJ Abrhams and more dealt with everything from self-doubt, lack of recognition, blocks, hostile governments and more in their lives and how these situations can help can help the rest of us.

It's amazing how so many of them were dealing with variations of problems that we all face every day too; shyness, uncertainty, not wanting to expose your true self to the world and more.. and it looks at how they dealt with these things then went on to achieve legendary statuses, and how it can teach us all a lot.

The haribo sweet ads are some of my favourites that appear on YouTube and the rare times I do watch normal TV there too.. they are consistently hilarious and well produced and I think they do a great job at appealing to something deeper within us to sell sugar to people!

Find out why I dot just think they're effective, but they're a shining example of the way people SHOULD be communicating whether its in advertising, business communication or any other storytelling!
